- familiar with Rhino, CAD, Adobe and other common software;

Assistant Architectual Designers助理建筑师 2-4人
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture; interns should be in their final year of undergraduate studies or in the first year of a master’s program; willingness to embrace new knowledge, passion for architecture, and ability to work in a competitive environment required.
- Proficient in commonly used software such as Rhino, Grasshopper, D5, CAD, Adobe, etc.
- Strong hands-on ability, capable of refining designs through physical (3D printing) models; those with skills in graphic design, video editing, and proficiency in English are preferred.
- 建筑学本科及以上学历，实习生需要大四或研一学历；能接受新知识的挑战，对建筑充满热情；能接受竞赛工作节奏；

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture; strong practical skills, quick learning ability, and a proactive spirit required; ability to adapt to the fast-paced nature of competition work.
- 3-5 years or more of experience in public buildings, high-rise structures, schools, etc.; real estate experience not considered.
- Proficient in commonly used software such as Rhino, Grasshopper, D5, CAD; candidates with BIM experience are preferred.
- Strong conceptual design ability and experience coordinating with construction drawing design.
- 建筑学本科及以上学历；有较强的实战能力，有快速的学习能力和进取精神；能接受竞赛工作节奏；
- 具有3~5年以上公建、高层、学校等工作经验，房地产经验不计算在内；

Interior Designers室内设计师 2-4人
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field of interior design.
- Proficient in commonly used software such as Rhino, CAD, Adobe, etc.; independent rendering capability is required.
- Strong conceptual design ability and experience in construction drawing design coordination.
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience.
- 室内设计相关专业本科及以上学历；

Architect/Interior Construction Drawing Designers建筑/室内施工图设计师 2-4人
- Graduated in architecture or a relevant interior design-related major.
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience.
- Familiar with materials, construction, and construction processes.
- Strong capability in construction drawing design and extensive experience in handling on-site construction issues.
- 建筑学或室内设计相关专业毕业；

Site Architects驻场建筑师 1-2人 · 湖北、福建、河北等地 / Hubei, Fujian, Hebei, etc.
- College degree or above in architecture, with more than three years of practical experience in architectural design.
- Familiar with construction norms, processes, techniques, and materials; able to independently draw construction detail drawings.
- Strong sense of responsibility, good on-site control, and decision-making ability.
- Experience in collaboration with multiple parties and excellent team communication and coordination skills; capable of understanding and accurately conveying design intent, guiding on-site construction to solve problems.
- Proficient in using professional software such as CAD, Rhinoceros, Microsoft Office, etc.
- 建筑学专业大专及以上学历，三年以上建筑设计实践经验；
- 熟悉建筑施工规范、流程、工艺、材料，能独立绘制施工细节等图纸；
- 具备较强的责任感、良好的现场把控力和决策能力；
- 具有多方合作经验及团队沟通协调能力，能够理解和准确传达设计意图，现场指导施工方解决问题；
- 能熟练运用CAD、Rhinoceros、Microsoft Office等专业软件。
Media Operations媒体运营 1-2人
- Strong English communication skills in both verbal and written forms.
- Good understanding of architectural knowledge, proficiency in writing, summarization, and drawing organization; ability to perform video editing, graphic layout, and basic graphic design.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, assisting in the publication process of various media, coordinating exhibitions, and handling related matters for media activities.
- This position may involve business trips and participation in the organization of bid-related documents.
- 具有较强的英语沟通交流和听说读写能力；
- 有良好的建筑知识框架、文字能力、归纳能力、图纸整理能力，能进行视频编辑、平面排版和基础平面设计等工作；
- 擅长与人沟通，协助各媒介出版物的发表过程，协调展览、媒体活动等相关事宜；
- 该职位有出差的需求，需要参与投标商务文件整理。
Renderer建模渲染师
- skilled use of 3Dmax, Vray, CAD, photoshop, Ai, concurrent rhino, enscape, D5, stable difussion, mid journey and other software is better;
- according to the designer's intention, modeling rendering;
- with good dedication, teamwork and communication skills, work proactively, hard-working.
- 熟练使用3Dmax、Vray, CAD, photoshop, Ai, 兼顾rhino、enscape、D5、stable difussion, mid journey等软件更佳；
- 按照设计师意图，建模渲染；
